^h English (en)	It doesn’t matter whether the inventory process begins or ends with the Excel spreadsheet, but it is important to always keep at least two backup copies of the updated data. If paper forms are used, we recommend saving them, even after their contents have been transcribed onto an Excel spreadsheet.
