Message definition (Addendum II)
At the end of the process, all the documents should be kept in boxes with lids and identified with a label that indicates the name of the [[Special:MyLanguage/Glossary of Key Terms and Concepts#Collection|archival collection]], the documentary series, the documentary subseries, the consecutive number of the box, the bookend years of the documents and materials in the box, a brief description of their content, and their general state of preservation.
