Message definition (Planning and Organizing)

Once we have an Inventory with basic information about the selected item groups for preservation, we can proceed to organize and describe the material. This is a necessary action to allow further archival processing and preservation, as well as to ensure that the future archive is '''[[Special:MyLanguage/Glossary of Key Terms and Concepts#Archival structure table|structured]]''', which will allow it to be manageable and searchable and ultimately that its content is accessible. This step has major importance in the process, as it will be the basis for the structure of our future digital archive, with repercussions on all aspects of its development.
